A world of colour and light. Colour is nothing else but the reflection of light, therefore we only pick up a small part of that spectrum. To photograph is like painting with light... It means to capture the most beautiful colours in the world… To immortalize special moments. Me… and the site that I'm building… I'm just one more atom of this wide universe... I was born on the 18 th December of 1972 I live on the West coast of Portugal, a few miles from Torres Vedras. I love to photograph especially on what concerns to nature. The SEA is simply what attracts me the most. The sun is the light of my “studio”. To photograph for pleasure which means to grab the camera and shoot.
This site will be always dedicated to my hobby A small part of the photos that I value the most. It is not a an easy job to choose from hundreds of photos. However I think that these ones should be seen by everybody… and this album will always be in continuous updating I work with computers for several years… hence my decision to join photograph with these new technologies in order to obtain different results. Despite of being different areas both complete each other. Digital era does not substitute anything. By the contrary, it helps walking towards progress… The pleasure of photographing is similar to the pleasure of painting. Despite of this assumption, photography was never a substitute for painting. It is only a personal point of view…
I also like… Beyond common treatment of images by computer. Restoration technique respecting the originals dignity. From photos seriously damaged to ripped and stained photos. The work of recovery and production of images has full guarantee of maximum quality. Some of the works exposed in this site were already published in photography magazines, with a respective article concerned with the treatment of these same works. To stop photographs or important works from getting old. Editing of fictional elements inside the works With the update of these technologies the only limit is imagination.
